1.PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Sports Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 13.11.2018 until 31.12.2019 at 23.59. If we decide to withdraw this Sports Promotion, this will not impact any Qualifying Bets you have placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal.

2. WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS CASH BACK REWARD

1. This Sports Promotion is open to new customers placing their first exchange bet on BETDAQ aged 18 years or older.
2. The promotion is only available to customers registered from Barbados, Ireland, Mauritius, United Kingdom, Curacao, Isle of Man, New Zealand, Ghana, Jersey, Seychelles, Gibraltar, Lebanon, Sweden, Guernsey, Malta, Tanzania, Croatia, Argentina, Belarus, Liechtenstein, and Luxembourg.
3. New customers are defined as customers registered on the BETDAQ website who have not previously held a BETDAQ account. To qualify for this promotion, you must place your first exchange bet within 14 days of registering your new BETDAQ account.
4. Customers whose accounts are closed before the date the qualifying bet is settled will not qualify for this Sports Promotion.
5. This Promotion is not available to API or RDT customers.
6. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person’s agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

3. HOW TO CLAIM THIS SPORTS PROMOTION

1. To qualify for this promotion, Customers must enter the promotional code BDQ10 on the registration page at time of registration.
2. If you place a £10 qualifying bet as set out above, and that bet wins or loses within 14 days of account opening, we will refund your stake as a free bet, up to a maximum of £10.
3. In order to qualify for this promotion, your first settled exchange bet must be a back or lay selection with a liability of at least £/€/$10 at odds of 2.0 or greater.
4. Bets must be placed with minimum single odds of 2.0 and be settled during the promotional period to count towards the staking requirement.
5. Only Win or Place exchange single bets placed with real money stakes will count towards the staking requirement.
6. Fixed Odds, Virtual Sports, Games and Multiples bets are excluded from this promotion.
7. Back Or Lay bets will count towards staking requirement.
8. If for any reason a stake becomes void it will also not count towards the staking requirement.
9. A maximum of one free bet is available to each customer during each promotional period.
10. Please note that cashing out on any available market prior to satisfying a staking requirement will mean that you will no longer be able to receive the free bets as part of this Sports Promotion.
11. The free bet will be credited within 72 hours to your account once the staking requirement has been met.

4. RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR FREE BET

1. Your free bet must be used within 7 days of being credited to your account otherwise it will expire. Free bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.
2. The free bets must be wagered in full and can be redeemed on Win or Place back and lay bets.
3. Free bets are not valid outside of exchange sports.
4. Free bets do not count towards qualifying for any other promotional offers.
5. Please note that the value of your free bet will not be included in any winnings.
6. Your free bet is not returned if your free bet wager becomes void.
7. You cannot “Cash Out” your free bet.
8. The same Maximum Pay Out restrictions set out in our [General Website Terms & Conditions] will equally apply to this Sports Promotion.
